Executive Chef Sam Warren opened An Exquisite Event Catering Company in the spring of 2004, with a vision of creating Denver's finest catering service. Trained at Johnson and Whales University, The International School of Culinary Arts,  Chef Sam infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.  Chef Sam started his career as a Chef for the Marion's Restuarant and Lounge, a well-reviewed restaurant located in Denver, CO.  Once word of his tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well-known restaurants landed on Chef Sam's plate. Although he had an affinity for Marion's Restuarant and Lounge, Chef Sam knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in Denver.

In 2001, Chef Sam began a career as head chef for Marion's Restuarant and Lounge. He was given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic menu. However, he never lost sight of his passion for fine dining. He knew that he wanted to step beyond the kitchen and create memorable experiences for people..
